OUR STORY
Being the hat enthusiasts they are, Kat & Kyle found themselves struggling to easily travel with their many hats to Nashville, Tennessee for a girls' weekend. After testing every clip on the market, they knew two things for sure - 1) the magnet had to be stronger, and 2) personalizing a custom hat with branding irons is half the fun of owning one - why not extend that personalization to their genuine leather clips?

Kat is a Colorado native, something that gets more rare every day. She loves to be outside, playing golf or training for her next long-distance running challenge. Professionally, she is an entrepreneur at heart... CFO for a family video production agency alongside her husband, Dom, as well as the Owner/Designer of Layla G Jewelry, a fine jewelry company named after their two daughters, Giuliana & Layla. She looks forward to infusing her eye for design into the products KATYL offers and the company's success being just another feather in her cap.
Kyle is a native of Chicago who enjoys the more active Colorado lifestyle of skiing, hiking, running, and playing golf during the true four seasons. Never far behind are her two best buds... her chocolate labs, Moose & Ace. Professionally, Kyle has built a career in medical sales for over 20 years. Thrilled to take on this new venture with her joy for client relations, to Kyle, KATYL is a fashion statement in form and necessity.
